Anne Marie Cairney

Fuels the nation one pizza at a time and still finds time to back every charity going. Best pals with every customer, organises legendary staff nights out and keeps everyone fed with her famous soup. Loves when things get done quickly- ideally 'right now'- but it’s all with a big smile and a bigger heart.

Paul Cairney

The calm to Anne-Marie’s whirlwind. Keeps the numbers straight, the spreadsheets spotless and the big business decisions sensible while everyone else spins in pizza-fuelled chaos. Unflappable and quietly brilliant at making sure it all adds up.

David Corish

Calm, focused and usually found halfway under a giant pizza press muttering about margins. Spends his life pricing pizzas, fixing things that shouldn’t be broken and making sense of chaos- quietly, like a logistics ninja.

Ryan Cairney

Currently moving an entire factory while smiling politely at everyone shouting “RYAN WHERE’S THIS GOING?!” Calm as a zen monk but can source a forklift at 10pm on a Sunday if required.

Matthew Cairney

Keeps an eye on the figures (taking on some of Paul’s accounting), while ordering in boxes, ingredients and whatever else we suddenly realise we’re out of. Can move pallets, sweet-talk suppliers and charm our gorgeous chip shop agents... all before lunch.

Melissa Cairney

Not calm. Never calm. Runs on black coffee, bad puns and “what if we made a TikTok about this?”. Will stop production for a good photo. Thinks she’s funny (jury’s out). Probably wrote this page.

Ashley Downes

Knows every single bit of kit better than the people who built it. Can spot a problem before it even thinks about happening. Don’t argue- she’s got the tools and the stare.

Susan Knox

The woman who knows exactly how many racks of pizza we need and will not be told otherwise. Runs the bakery like a military operation but with more giggles and dough dust.

Andrena Stewart

First to get stuck in, last to give up, always laughing. Can train three newbies, run a line and still crack a joke while shifting a rack twice her size. Human Red Bull.
