SAFE, NUTRITIOUS SUSTAINABLE FOOD
HEALTHIER MORE SUSTAINABLE FOOD
We are constantly working to increase the amount of Public Health England compliant products, where there is a reduction in salt, saturated fat and sugar in all our pizza.
All aspects of food production contribute to climate changing emissions.
But agriculture – and specifically meat and dairy farming – has the greatest impact. That's why we have increased our range of low- and no-meat products.

The food waste is collected twice weekly from Victor Pizza and processed by Energen Biogas in Cumbernauld.
Energen Biogas was set up specifically to reduce the amount of food waste going to landfill. They produce renewable energy through Anaerobic Digestion from food and food processing residues. The electricity generated through this process is exported to the National Grid.
Where possible, The Victor Pizza Company will re-use any food items that are safe to do so, operating within the Cooksafe HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) Food Safety Management System, recommended by the Foods Standards Agency.
