OUR STORY

Victor Pizza started as a small, family-owned bakery in Glasgow, with deep roots in quality and tradition. In the early 1970s, we were approached by an Italian fish & chip shop owner with a unique request: to create a pizza that could be fried, just as his family had enjoyed for generations in Naples. From this collaboration, Pizza Fritto was born.

Since then, our Frying Pizza has become a Scottish classic, now available in nearly every fish and chip shop across the country. In 2014, we expanded into a new facility, allowing us to grow while keeping our commitment to innovation and health-conscious products.
