We’ve got some big news to share... and we couldn’t be prouder.
The Victor Pizza Company Ltd has officially been named a Finalist for Employer of the Year at the Lloyds Bank British Business Excellence Awards 2025!
This year saw a record-breaking number of entries from businesses across the UK, so to reach the finals is an achievement in itself. It’s recognition not just of our growth as a business, but of something that matters even more to us- our people.
From our very first pizzas (yes, even the chip shop specials!) to our new home in Coatbridge, our journey has always been fuelled by the incredible team behind the ovens, freezers, and cheese waterfalls. This nomination celebrates them- the supervisors who mentor young people, the bakers who keep the dough just right, the soup that keeps us all going, and the spirit that makes Victor Pizza more than just a workplace.
Next up, we’ll be heading to London in October to present to the judging panel before the big awards night at Grosvenor House in November. No pressure… but we’d love to bring that trophy home to Glasgow!
Win or not, we’re honoured to stand alongside other brilliant businesses who put their people first.
Here’s to the team that makes Victor Pizza what it is today.
