We’re thrilled to share that The Victor Pizza Company has been shortlisted as a finalist for Employer of the Year at the Scotland Food & Drink Excellence Awards 2025!

This award recognises businesses that go above and beyond to support, develop, and celebrate their people, something that’s always been at the core of Victor Pizza.

For us, being a good employer isn’t just about contracts and shift patterns. It’s about:

📚 Investing in growth: from leadership courses at Strathclyde University to on-the-job training, we want every team member to have the chance to learn and progress.

🎄 Bringing people together: whether it’s Christmas parties, birthday cakes, or just a laugh on the pizza line, we know culture matters.

We currently employ 30 staff across Glasgow, with plans to expand as we move into our brand-new site in Coatbridge next year. To be recognised for our efforts to create a positive workplace during a time of growth and change feels extra special.
